Pasta Maker

MAKING your own pasta is surprisingly easy. It is so simple to do with the help of a pasta maker. All of the pasta comes out in a uniform size and of the right thickness.

The Marcoto Atlas 150 pasta machine is a reliable and sturdy maker which has had great reviews right across the board. It is an Italian product - and, of course, no country knows more about pasta than Italy!

The superbly designed Atlas comes with a three year warranty. It features a raised metal logo plate using only the finest materials used with excellent workmanship. It makes four types of pasta including a flat roller for lasagna and a cutter for fettuccine. The special spaghetti cutter produces round 2mm spaghetti pasta. A thicker dough sheet and flat noodle makes 1.5mm Tagliolini. All attachments to the Marcato Atlas 150 fit this machine.

Here's a quick and easy pasta recipe for Cajun Meatballs and Spaghetti.
